Shipping & Returns

All orders placed through NextRunningShoes online footwear store will be dispatched from China using the Express Mail Service.

Below is the shipping rates to different countries (per order):

We use insured shipping and parcels can be tracked at EMS website as well as the local delivery company's website, such as U.S. Postal Service(USA), Parcelforce(UK),etc.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing the tracking number.

Delivery would NORMALLY be made in 5-7 working days after your order is dispatched, to the address you give to us for delivery at the time you make your order.

All delivery times quoted on the website are estimates only. Sometimes there might be some inevitable delay during shipping, which would bring to a few days longer for the delivery.

Please note: A signature is required upon delivery that might be made at any time during the day. If there is nobody in to accept a delivery, a card will be left by the courier to inform you how you can collect your parcel or re-arrange delivery.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. Return and exchange are accepted within 30 days after receipt of the order. You need to contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.

If returning items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges. You will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments.
